General Suggestions

Try to find a place in your home that offers the most seclusion, during the online parts of the day.
During sitting periods it will be good to leave your camera on, but you need not face the screen all the time.
Feel free to sit elsewhere in your formal practice area.
It is supportive to see each other on the zoom call at the start and end of sitting periods.

Please don’t use the chat window to talk to other participants,
but you can send notes to the teachers and to Brian who will manage the period.
Please don’t send chats during the silent periods or teaching periods, but rather before they start or after they end.

Since you are at home you may need or want to do some talking meals with housemates.
You might try and limit this - perhaps have two silent meals per day.
And make a shared meal, when and if you have them, part of the practice of paying attention.

One of the values we will emphasize is doing the practice of paying loving attention moment by moment while in your everyday life.
